Maricor/Maricar - Hand Sewn Typography
This is incredible! This hand sewn typography was created by Maricor and Maricar Manalo. It was so difficult choosing what to put here as their web site is rammed full of creative goodies. They appear to do all sorts but I found their hand sewn images the most interesting as they are so detailed. I imagine they took forever too which makes them even more special. Now a days you can knock up some typography in no time but this really is something special. Pop over to their web site if you get the chance and check out some of the other work they have over there :)

ReplyDeleteThat is some amazing fibre/textile art. Beautiful! Hard to believe it is all done by hand.
